Wild Pokemon Finder
Search Crystal encounters before you start hunting
Find wild Pokemon by species, route, region, method, time of day, and level range. Use this as a Crystal-first lookup when Gold/Silver route advice, night encounters, Surf tables, or rare spawns could send you to the wrong place.
Fast Answer
Search species first, then verify method and time
A route name alone is not enough in Pokemon Crystal. Check whether the row is grass/cave or Surf, then confirm morning, day, night, level range, and region. If the Pokemon is listed as unavailable, stop hunting and plan a trade or replacement.

What this index covers
Standard walking tables, including cave floors and time-of-day rows.
Water encounter tables for routes, caves, and city water where Surf can roll wild Pokemon.
Use dedicated guides for Headbutt, static Pokemon, weekday events, gifts, trades, and roamers when the normal table is not enough.
Crystal-only warnings are included so you can stop hunting Pokemon that require trading or another version.
