Spend Or Save

One-use TMs worth planning around

TM26 Earthquake

Save for a physical attacker that will stay on the final team. Victory Road gives one copy before the League.

TM30 Shadow Ball

Morty's reward is one-time and physical in Generation II. Normal-type attackers can use it for Ghost coverage.

TM36 Sludge Bomb

Pick it up after the Mahogany Rocket story. It is one of Crystal's best Poison attacks and has no shop copy.

TM24 DragonBreath

Clair gives it after the Dragon's Den event. It is accurate, Special, and useful when paralysis matters.
