Stardew Valley Expanded Casino Guide — Statue of Treasure

Stardew Valley Expanded Casino Guide — Statue of Treasure

Casino in Stardew Valley Expanded 1.15.11

SVE keeps the vanilla Calico Desert Casino, its Qi Coin currency, slot machines and CalicoJack. The current Mod-specific addition is the Statue Of Treasure: a per-player limited machine that produces an Artifact Trove on a daily update.

How to unlock the Casino

  1. Repair the Bus and reach the Calico Desert.
  2. Complete the vanilla The Mysterious Qi quest chain.
  3. Enter the Oasis and use the guarded door at the back to reach the Casino.

SVE 1.15.11 does not replace this unlock or create a separate SVE Casino map. If the guard still blocks the door, finish the Mysterious Qi chain rather than looking for an SVE friendship event.

Qi Coins and the games

  • The cashier exchanges 1,000g for 100 Qi Coins.
  • Slot machines offer 10-coin and 100-coin spins.
  • The slot result multiplier uses 1 + DailyLuck × 2 + LuckLevel × 0.08. Daily luck and genuine Luck buffs therefore affect the rare-result thresholds.
  • CalicoJack uses the same Qi Coin balance but is a separate minigame.

A Rabbit’s Foot is not a passive Luck-stat item. Carrying one does not increase DailyLuck or LuckLevel, so it does not improve Casino odds by itself.

The SVE Casino shop adds the statue before the normal Casino furniture entries. Its stock uses AvailableStockLimit: Player, so each player in multiplayer can buy one; it is not one shared statue for the whole save.

How the Statue Of Treasure works

The machine has no input slot. On a day update, it creates one Artifact Trove if the statue is empty. Collect the finished trove before the next update: the base machine routine only starts a day-update output rule when no previous output is being held, so it does not stack several uncollected troves.

Artifact Trove has a direct data price of 0g. Take it to Clint for processing instead of treating the statue as a fixed daily shipping-profit machine. The contents are random, so its value depends on what the trove yields and which museum items you still need.

Is 12,000 Qi Coins worth it?

If every coin is bought from the cashier, 12,000 Qi Coins corresponds to 120,000g. Casino winnings can reduce that cash cost, but the statue still makes the most sense as a late-game collection and Artifact Trove source, not as a predictable gold investment.

Do not mix up the currencies

The Stardew Valley Fair uses Star Tokens, and the Egg Festival uses an egg-hunt score and festival prizes. Neither currency can buy the Statue Of Treasure, and their minigames do not affect the Casino’s Qi Coin balance.
