How to complete “An Elegant Reception”

In Stardew Valley Expanded 1.15.11, Olivia's special order lasts for one month and can appear in any season except Winter. You need to donate three separate stacks in the cabinet in Olivia's cellar.

Quest steps

  1. Accept An Elegant Reception from the Special Orders board outside Mayor Lewis's house.
  2. Collect 20 Wine, 10 Cheese, and 10 Goat Cheese. Quality does not change the required count.
  3. Enter Olivia and Victor's house, go down to Olivia's cellar, and place the items in the marked drop-off cabinet.
  4. Finish all three objectives before the month-long order expires.

Rewards

  • 80,000g;
  • a friendship reward from the special order;
  • the follow-up reception event.

Reception event

The order adds the OliviaReception mail flag. After completing it, enter Pelican Town on a sunny day between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM to trigger event 5407916.

  • In Year 1, the event gives +250 friendship points to 16 villagers.
  • From Year 2 onward, Kent is present too, so 17 villagers receive +250.
  • The event does not improve Wine's health or energy recovery. SVE's Wine Edibility = 60 patch is gated by event 5407917, a separate Susan follow-up event.
