The Vault is 2,500g + 5,000g + 10,000g + 25,000g = 42,500g. Calling the Community Center an item-only or cost-free route is incorrect.

Membership removes a markup; it is not a general Pierre discount
Joja and Pierre use the same underlying base prices for their shared standard seeds. Joja’s non-member pricing applies a 25% markup; membership removes that markup. It does not make the standard seed catalog cheaper than Pierre’s base prices.
Project order does not create a Ginger Island shortcut
Ginger Island access begins only after the chosen Community Center or Joja development route is fully completed and Willy’s boat is repaired. Buying Bridge before Panning, or Panning before Bridge, does not independently accelerate the boat invitation. Pick early projects for their real unlocks, such as Minecarts, Greenhouse, Bus, Quarry, or panning.
Which route should you choose?
- Choose the Community Center if you want bundle progression, Community Day, and Apples's 200-Starfruit Aurora restoration.
- Choose Joja if you prefer money-driven unlocks and want SVE's longer Morris/Joja political and development storyline.
- Do not choose Joja solely for a cheaper Grandpa's Farm expansion: both SVE branches charge 250,000g.
