This is the local machine rule Default_Rice. Unmilled Rice is a different input; mill it into Rice first or obtain Rice through another valid source.
Buy versus make
- Buy Vinegar: Pierre’s standard stock provides immediate Vinegar without occupying a Keg.
- Make Vinegar: one Rice creates two units after 600 minutes, useful when Rice is available and Keg time is not the bottleneck.
- Opportunity cost: compare the value of Rice and the Keg’s alternative products rather than treating crafted Vinegar as free.
