Trading a Diamond for one Espresso can be convenient. At base Diamond value it consumes 750g of sale opportunity instead of spending 900g on three Coffees, a 150g difference. With Gemologist the Diamond is worth 975g, which exceeds the 900g Coffee purchase route by 75g; selling the Diamond and buying Coffees is then better on pure gold. Home-grown Coffee Beans and Hot Java Ring drops can lower the cash cost further.
