Starfruit Wine vs Ancient Fruit Wine: Reconciled 112-Day Ledger
Choose one starting state before comparing 112 days
Ancient Seeds take 28 days to mature and then regrow every 7 days. Starfruit takes 13 growth days and must be replanted. A Keg’s wine rule takes 10,000 in-game minutes—approximately one week. Mixing a mature Ancient Fruit crop with newly planted Starfruit produces a biased result.
Completion-count reconciliation
| Convention | Completion dates | Batches through day 112 |
|---|---|---|
| Delayed-start convention: first output day 14 | 14, 21, 28 … 112 | 15, not 14 |
| Steady-state Keg line: first output day 7 | 7, 14, 21 … 112 | 16 |
| Fresh farm | Crop maturity + Keg time | Model each crop from planting and carry unfinished fruit/wine as work in process |
Per-batch values under one profession assumption
| Wine | Fruit base | Wine base | Artisan sale | Recurring seed cost | Artisan less seed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ancient Fruit | 550g | 1,650g | 2,310g | 0g after establishment | 2,310g |
| Starfruit | 750g | 2,250g | 3,150g | 400g from Sandy | 2,750g |
This table compares one processed fruit, not profit per crop tile or whole Greenhouse. A fair farm model must also disclose crop tiles per active Keg, fertilizer, professions, seed-making, harvest dates, Keg loading dates, capital, and any fruit or wine still unfinished on day 112.
