How to Unlock Golf: Crayons and Courses

How to Unlock Golf: Crayons and Courses

Wario Land 3 has two golf systems: Para-Goom golf doors inside levels, and the optional Golf Building on the overworld. Use the finder below to track the seven crayons that color the building, list every golf-door level, and review the four fixed courses, coin prices, and Musical Coin Course 4 unlock.

IN-LEVEL GOLF DOORS

Levels with a Para-Goom golf door

These doors appear in map data as golf-door markers. Enter, pay the coin fee, and finish at par or better to raise Mini Game Clear blocks that can block chests, Musical Coins, or routes. The Vast Plain has two golf doors.

GOLF BUILDING COURSES

Four fixed courses after the crayon unlock

Travel the North–West border path to the Golf Building. With all seven crayons, the building is fully colored and the course menu opens. Courses 1–3 are available immediately; Course 4 stays locked until every level’s Musical Coins are complete.

FASTEST PATH TO THE GOLF BUILDING

Turn a missing crayon into one chest target

1

Mark the crayons you own

Use the checklist above. Filter by region or search for a color name when you are missing only one crayon.

2

Open the crayon chest map

Each card links to the same-color key and chest rooms for that level. Match Day or Night to your overworld clock.

3

Color the Golf Building

With all seven crayons, visit the North–West border building, pay 50 coins per course, and chase best scores. Use the Musical Coins Finder if Course 4 is still locked.

IF GOLF STILL SEEMS LOCKED

Separate door minigames from the building

1

Not enough coins

In-level fees scale from 10 to 50 coins with treasure count. Building courses always cost 50. Farm coins before retrying a failed hole.

2

Missing crayons

An uncolored Golf Building means at least one crayon treasure is still closed. Check the missing filter above rather than searching the whole map blindly.

3

Course 4 still locked

Course 4 waits for all Musical Coin flags. Finish every level’s eight music coins, then return to the building menu.
