The Peaceful Village Walkthrough and Checklist

The Peaceful Village Walkthrough and Checklist

The Peaceful Village (N2) opens after the Axe cuts the North tree. Use the finder below for every Gray, Red, Green, and Blue chest, all eight Musical Coins, and the exact room-map links for Day/Night and each map variant—including the Night-only Green Chest route for the Goblet.

Blue Tablet

FIRST CLEAR PRIORITY

Open the Gray Chest for the Blue Tablet, then grab the Day or Night Spell

Carry the Gray Key to the Gray Chest and take the Blue Tablet. Pair it with the Green Tablet from N3 The Vast Plain to open the West map into W1 Desert Ruins. On the same early pass, open the Blue Chest for the Day or Night Spell so you can flip the overworld clock anytime.

The Peaceful Village treasures by chest color

Each chest needs its matching key color in the same level. Colors are not unlocked globally—if you drop a key, go back and pick it up again. Room numbers below match the default Day layout for Gray/Red/Blue and the Night layout for Green; open the map link for live markers on your current Day/Night and variant.

DAY & NIGHT · BLUE CHEST

Day or Night Spell from The Peaceful Village

Day or Night Spell

Day or Night Spell

The Blue Key and Blue Chest both sit in room 15 on the default Day map. Collecting this treasure adds the overworld top-bar control that flips the world clock between day and night.

Every level stores separate day and night room states. Keys, platforms, enemies, and even some chests only appear in one time. The Goblet Green Chest in this level is a clear example—set the clock to Night before hunting it.

1

Collect the Spell

Open N2 Blue Chest in room 15. Leave the level so the overworld gains the day/night control.

2

Flip the clock

On the overworld top bar, switch day or night before re-entering any level that needs the other layout.

3

Match map links

Set this page’s Map time filter to the same clock state, then open key and chest maps so markers match your game.

MUSICAL COINS · MUSIC COINS

All 8 Musical Coins in The Peaceful Village

Every level has eight Musical Coins. They are not required for the Perfect treasure screen, but finishing all 200 coins across the game unlocks Golf Building Course 4. Room numbers below match the default Day layout; some markers also appear in alternate room slots of the same map family.

ENEMIES · VILLAGE HAZARDS

Creatures you will meet in The Peaceful Village

N2 has no boss arena. The village mixes bots, frogs, and night-only zombies, so the Day or Night Spell matters as much for safety as for chests.

Fire Bot Fire Bot Common early village hazard near open rooms
Hammer Bot Hammer Bot Heavy strikes in mid-village room sets
Mad Scienstein Mad Scienstein Transformation pressure on side routes
Zombie Zombie Night layout enemy for Goblet revisits
Tip: Night swaps some enemy sets. If a day path feels empty or blocked after you flip the clock, you are on the other layout—use the finder Map time control so links match.

MAP VARIANTS · DAY & NIGHT

When The Peaceful Village layout changes

N2 has four progression variants on both Day and Night. Variant 1 is available from the start after the Axe opens the North map. Later variants open after you collect specific treasures elsewhere:

Variant Requirements Notes Map
V1 None Default first visit. Grab Blue Tablet and Day or Night Spell here. Open Day map
V2 Flute (E1 Gray Chest) Later revisit layout after East progress. Open Day map
V3 Flute Additional Flute-gated layout state for remaining routes. Open Day map
V4 Super Jump Slam Overalls (E3 Gray Chest) Late-game layout for remaining N2 routes. Open Day map
Green Chest reminder: Even on V1, use Night for the Goblet. Variant and clock settings stack—wrong time is the most common reason a Green Key “disappears.”

FAQ

The Peaceful Village FAQ

How do I open The Peaceful Village?

Finish the Gray Chest in N1 Out of the Woods for the Axe. The Axe cuts the overworld tree and unlocks N2 The Peaceful Village and N3 The Vast Plain.

Where is the Blue Tablet?

Gray Chest in The Peaceful Village. Key rooms include 0, 5, 6, 16, 17, 19, 25, and 26 depending on map state; the chest is in room 3. Pair it with the Green Tablet from N3 to open Desert Ruins.

How do I change day and night?

Open the Blue Chest for the Day or Night Spell. On the overworld, use the top-bar day/night control, then re-enter levels only after the clock matches the layout you need.

Why can’t I find the Green Chest / Goblet?

The Goblet route uses Night. Flip the overworld clock to Night, find the Green Key in room 9, and open the Green Chest in room 8.

What does the Blue Book do?

The Red Chest holds the Blue Book. Together with the Magic Wand from S1 The Grasslands Green Chest, it freezes a path from The Stagnant Swamp to E2 The Frigid Sea. You can hold the book early and finish the pair later.

How many Musical Coins are in The Peaceful Village?

Eight—the same as every other level. Use the coin table above or the full Musical Coins Finder if you are missing one for 100% side goals.
