Flip Mewtwo statue switches, use a hole from 3F to 1F, take the 1F basement stairs into B1F, and grab the Secret Key that unlocks Cinnabar Gym (Blaine). Track every switch, loot TMs, and wilds—including Yellow’s Growlithe on 1F.

Enter from Cinnabar. Toggle statue switches so stairs and shutters open toward 3F, use a hole that lands on 1F, then walk to the 1F basement stairs and enter B1F. Flip the basement statue and take the Secret Key for Cinnabar Gym.

One shared shutter state
Every Mewtwo statue toggles the same door network. If you open a path then press another statue, you may close it again. Only interact when the door you need is currently blocked.
